SHIPMENTS

Packages are shipped United Parcel Service ground/2nd day/Next day. Every reasonable precaution is exercised in packing, but Alcoy Industries, is not responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Freight damaged or lost claims are the responsibility of the buyer and must be filed with the common carrier.

RETURNS

Returns must be accompanied by a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization)issued by Alcoy Industries. Any goods returned without an authorizations will be refused. When calling to obtain an RMA number please have your original invoice number available. The RMA number must be written on the outside of the box and the parts must have a copy of the original invoice attached. Returned material is subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Electrical components are not returnable.

All returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. All parts must be returned in original condition, clean, unused, and in original packaging. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
